There are thousands of options (and combinations of options) to create your unique furniture with the configurator. Size, style and colour are the three obvious choices when it comes to customising, but you can also add doors, drawers, extended overhead or low storage.

We designed our furniture to click together easily. Each element of your furniture is pre-installed with all the mounting hardware in place, so all you have to do is align the colour-coded pieces, give them a firm push and they'll lock into place. We also number each flat pack box so you can open them in order to get the exact next piece you need for the most effortless assembly you've ever experienced, while your personalised manual walks you through each easy step.

Flat pack! We custom design your packaging based on your unique furniture and carefully prep and pack it for delivery by one of the well-known and trusted delivery companies we use. Then they deliver it safely right to your front door.

We work with quite a few delivery companies and choose who we're shipping with based on the details of your order. Depending on the city, order size, or even type of building, we pick the delivery team that makes the most sense.

Nope, let us handle the heavy lifting! We offer free shipping to make sure you don't have to lift a finger (and that your shipment arrives as safely as possible).

We try to estimate an accurate production time right as you configure your furniture online. However, each shelf is custom made, so depending on the colour, materials, and number of other pieces in the production queue, there can be a little variation. The good news is that once your furniture is ready to ship, it only takes a few days upon leaving our factory to arrive at your door.
Right now, the total time to receive your order from production to delivery is about 6 weeks. Please keep in mind that this can change depending on how quickly we're able to build and ship, so your wait may even be shorter. You can always check the progress of your order for updated timelines, but please not that the date given is the estimate of when your shelf will ship from our factory, not be delivered.

We'll send you an email each time your order status changes (for example when your order is finished moving through production, or when it's ready to leave our factory) and with regular shipping updates so you can track its progress and know when to expect it at your door, too.
